• Play a key role in strengthening and expanding Corbion Sustainable Food Solutions' presence in the Vietnamese food industry. • Identify, develop, and capture new and existing business opportunities. • Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors across key food segments. • Manage and grow key accounts and distributors, engaging stakeholders. • Develop and execute account strategies and action plans. • Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements. • Own and deliver the annual sales budget and sales forecast for Vietnam. • Monitor market dynamics and customer trends. • Manage pipeline and customer interactions using CRM tools. • Act as the key interface between Sales and Technical/Application teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the food ingredients industry. • Proven track record in managing and growing a sales territory. • Experience with (natural) preservation solutions. • Exposure to one or more key segments such as Meat, Bakery, Dairy, or Savory/SDC. • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships with key customers and distributors. • Strong commercial skills, including pricing and contract negotiation. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written.
