📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers to understand their needs and retain them through consultative conversations • Handle cancellations, contract withdrawals, and general customer issues, including billing inquiries, tariff adjustments, and account data updates • Manage a selected customer portfolio and handle inquiries by phone and in writing • Handle approximately 85% phone-based inquiries and 15% written tickets • Use Salesforce, CIM, and other tools to resolve customer issues and document interactions • Adhere to quality guidelines and contribute to team targets for customer satisfaction, conversion, and service availability

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2) — written and spoken • Pleasant phone manner and a clear, consultative communication style • Experience in customer service, ideally in customer retention, upselling, or consultative sales • Strong communication skills, active listening, and empathetic customer handling • Confident handling of multiple software tools and platforms simultaneously • Reliable, self-driven work style when working from home or in an office • Willingness to work shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 • Willingness to participate in a structured 14-day paid training program with both in-person and remote sessions • Advantageous: experience with Salesforce • Advantageous: knowledge of the telecommunications or fiber optics industry • Advantageous: experience with customer retention or win-back campaigns • Advantageous: basic knowledge of common MS Office applications
