âą You will spend the majority of your day communicating with German-speaking customers about outstanding parking fees. âą You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage cases in the ticketing system, and ensure all data is accurate and up to date. âą You will follow clearly defined collections processes and work toward daily targets as part of an international operations team.
âą German at C1 level or higher âą Experience in collections / debt recovery âą Background in customer support or contact center environments âą Confident, calm demeanor when handling challenging conversations âą Enjoyment of structured, process-oriented work âą Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm and methodical under pressure âą Experience using CRM systems âą Nice to have (not required): experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Austrian German
