📋 Description

‱ You will spend the majority of your day communicating with German-speaking customers about outstanding parking fees. ‱ You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage cases in the ticketing system, and ensure all data is accurate and up to date. ‱ You will follow clearly defined collections processes and work toward daily targets as part of an international operations team.

🎯 Requirements

‱ German at C1 level or higher ‱ Experience in collections / debt recovery ‱ Background in customer support or contact center environments ‱ Confident, calm demeanor when handling challenging conversations ‱ Enjoyment of structured, process-oriented work ‱ Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm and methodical under pressure ‱ Experience using CRM systems ‱ Nice to have (not required): experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Austrian German
