• Answer new intake calls and follow up on pending leads promptly and professionally. • Conduct intake interviews in Spanish and English. • Document all relevant case details accurately and completely. • Evaluate and qualify potential personal injury cases based on the law firm’s intake criteria. • Provide a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience during every interaction. • Enter client data and case information into the case management system with accuracy. • Prepare and send sign-up documents to prospective clients. • Follow up to ensure timely completion of required documents. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. • Answer basic questions about the personal injury process and retainer agreements. • Support bilingual communication between clients and the legal team as needed. • Escalate complex questions or case concerns to the appropriate team members. • Review intake activity and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. • Help improve client intake workflows and follow-up processes. • Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards at all times.
• Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is highly preferred. • Familiarity with personal injury law is a strong advantage. • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. • C1 English certification or equivalent professional experience is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling client information. • Proficiency with digital tools, including case management systems and Microsoft Office. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing a flexible schedule.
