📋 Description

• Manage and resolve medical and insurance liens for U.S. personal injury cases. • Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers and insurance adjusters. • Prepare settlement documentation. • Support the liens team in keeping cases moving toward resolution. • Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records related to lien claims. • Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters. • Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens. • Maintain clear communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives. • Perform administrative tasks to support case management and ensure smooth operation of the liens team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in lien negotiation or personal injury case management required, preferably within the U.S. legal system. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. • Relevant experience in lien negotiation, preferably within U.S. personal injury law. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to legal and procedural details. • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
