📋 Description
• Communicate directly with end-users from all over the USA, using different channels (phone, email) • Configure and manage end-user IT equipment, such as workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and/or other devices • Set up and configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, installations, updates of software, etc. • Troubleshoot various end-user issues with their local desktop, peripherals, and virtual workstations • Troubleshoot various server-related issues • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex or client-wide issues • Document processes, reported issues, and solutions
🎯 Requirements
• You are fluent in written and spoken English • You have essential knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office 365, and basic understanding of Computer Networks. • You’re able to work from 3 PM to 11 PM (main shift for our IT Support Team). • You have troubleshooting experience and you enjoy solving technical issues • You have excellent communication skills. • You’re a team player. • You pay attention to detail in your work. • You’re eager to develop your technical knowledge. • You’re quick to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic IT environment. • You have work experience in IT support and/or customer support (bonus).
