📋 Description

• Teach English online to students in their most impressionable years • Build long-term relationships with students over multiple years • Conduct 50-minute lessons for groups of 1–5 students • Teach during evening Beijing time, from 5 pm to 11 pm BJT • Use provided lesson plans • Maintain a reliable, punctual, and responsible teaching schedule • Commit to teaching for at least one complete semester

🎯 Requirements

• Teaching experience is mandatory • Mandatory TEFL certification to teach online • At least 1 year of online teaching experience • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Language or Education, or a related teaching certificate • TEFL or TESOL recommended • TESOL / TESL / TEFL / IELTS certification preferred • Experience teaching ESOL / English to young learners preferred • Availability for part-time evening teaching, 5 pm–11 pm Beijing time • Reliable desktop or laptop computer • Internet access, preferably a wired cable connection • Commitment to teaching a minimum of one complete semester (6 months) • Punctual and responsible work ethic • Positive attitude
