• Attend and proactively engage in the mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding • Monitor appropriate Slack channels for Learner questions and answer them promptly • Check-in with Learners after each live session • Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time • Assist in keeping the session progressing should the Lead Instructor experience technical difficulty • Monitor appropriate Slack channels for Learner questions and answer them within 24 hours • Foster discussion by posing questions of your own • Review content materials for the next lecture • Hold up to six Individual Office Hours per week via Google Meets with Learners • Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven days of submission • Submit weekly write-ups summarizing the week’s accomplishments and challenges • Attend and participate in the weekly staff meeting with Correlation One team and other Expert Network staff
• CDCP® – Certified Data Center Professional from Epi • Fluency in Japanese and English; professional verbal and writing skills • Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments • Experience mentoring, supervising, or leading technical teams is a plus, especially for candidates with limited formal teaching experience • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and support adult learners from diverse backgrounds • A strong interest in helping learners transition into data center operations and infrastructure careers • Empathy, flexibility, patience, and a learner-centered mindset • CompTIA A+, Network+, or comparable foundational IT certifications are a plus
