📋 Description

• Manage and execute cold email campaigns via Instantly.ai • Build and maintain high-quality ICP-focused prospect lists • Write, test, and optimize cold email copy for high reply rates • Handle inbox management and lead conversations • Qualify prospects and book calls with the CMO • Improve deliverability, open rates, and conversions • Manage domains, inbox rotation, and email health • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads • Contribute directly to revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Instantly.ai (must-have) • Strong understanding of cold email infrastructure and deliverability • Experience in list building, targeting, and segmentation • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to manage conversations and convert leads into booked calls • Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, etc. (bonus) • Experience working with agencies or B2B services (bonus) • Experience targeting US/Europe markets (bonus)
