• Own business-critical go-to-market projects spanning Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. • Identify inefficiencies in our funnels and develop data-driven solutions. • Serve as a bridge between Commercial teams and Product/Tech to break down silos. • Support the founding team and the CRO by taking on operational responsibilities in day-to-day business.
• 2–3+ years of professional experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Strong affinity for B2B software metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn). • Experience in GTM strategy, Sales Excellence, or pricing. • Proficiency in financial/commercial modeling and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations. • Native-level German and excellent English.
