📋 Description

• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs. • Support HR in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups. • Coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture. • Help maintain HR communication channels, ensuring employees are informed about engagement activities. • Assist in the organization of onboarding programs to enhance new employee experiences. • Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proficiency in Google Workspace • Keen attention to detail • Proactive and willing to take initiative • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn • Must be based in the Philippines
