⢠Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs. ⢠Support HR in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups. ⢠Coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture. ⢠Help maintain HR communication channels, ensuring employees are informed about engagement activities. ⢠Assist in the organization of onboarding programs to enhance new employee experiences. ⢠Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity across the organization.
⢠Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate ⢠Strong organizational and time management skills ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information ⢠Proficiency in Google Workspace ⢠Keen attention to detail ⢠Proactive and willing to take initiative ⢠Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ⢠Positive attitude and eagerness to learn ⢠Must be based in the Philippines
