📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design • Work closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment • Explore possibilities and creative alternatives to identify effective solutions • Ensure designed solutions are implemented according to client expectations and company standards • Assist in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components to meet client needs • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout implementation • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles in the insurance vertical, with exposure to multiple lines of business • Experience delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment • Ability to assist in defining and socialising a product/enterprise roadmap • Ability to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures • Understanding of business architecture models and patterns • Experience designing and implementing innovative solutions to business problems • Understanding of optimum approaches for highly available and highly scalable cloud-based applications • Experience designing solutions in relational database and NoSQL environments • Experience designing for API- and microservices-centric environments • Demonstrated ability to self-learn new technology trends and approaches • Ideally, experience or understanding of low-code platform benefits • Experience with multiple development languages and various database engines advantageous • Exposure to authentication and authorisation concepts, including SSO, SAML integration, and identity federation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to discuss solution strategies and enterprise roadmaps with stakeholders at all organisational levels and client CxO-to-project-level teams • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and collect business requirements from corporate clients • Ability to build value propositions, solution documents, and, in some cases, business cases for corporate clients • Relationship management experience with corporate clients • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Excellent decision-making and judgment skills • Understanding of insurance business processes across all areas and at least two lines of business • Proactive planning and organised approaches to work • Architecture certification such as TOGAF or Zachman is a distinct advantage • Cloud-environment certification is a distinct advantage, with broad knowledge of the platform’s capabilities • High proficiency in English as the primary language
