📋 Description

• Further development of the information security management system, including its policies, processes, and controls • Preparation for, support during, and follow-up of internal and external audits, particularly audits against ISO/IEC 27001:2022 • Assessment of information security risks • Conducting supplier and third-party security assessments • Advising business units, IT, DevSecOps, and management • Supporting security incidents, vulnerabilities, and business continuity and disaster recovery activities • Promoting security awareness • Preparing reports, KPIs, and decision-making materials • Supporting the CISO in further developing the information security management system

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in information security management, ideally in a regulated or customer-regulated environment • University degree or vocational training in information security, computer science, business information systems, or a comparable qualification • Practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, information security risk management, and control assessment • Basic knowledge of or practical experience with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, such as DORA and NIS2 • Experience in supplier security, security awareness, and business continuity • Experience in cloud security or DevSecOps is desirable • Structured, independent, and pragmatic approach to work • Excellent communication and consulting skills • Very good German language skills at C1 level • Good English language skills • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are an advantage
