📋 Description

• Design and implement mobile features end to end across Flutter and native Android/iOS layers • Build reusable components and business features using native device capabilities, REST APIs, and offline scenarios • Own the technical design and quality of delivered features, including data flow, edge cases, and testing • Develop integrations between cross-platform and native functionality using platform channels • Investigate and resolve production issues, including platform-specific, performance, and synchronization problems • Review code and contribute to engineering guidelines, reusable components, and internal tooling • Participate in technical research, prototyping, and validation of new capabilities • Mentor middle and junior engineers through reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, QA, and Product teams to define workable technical solutions • Occasionally contribute to backend (.NET/C#) or web (Angular/TypeScript) components • Contribute to AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in mobile development • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart • Experience integrating cross-platform modules with native Android/iOS applications and platform-specific functionality • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript • Understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow, such as BLoC • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and modular design • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, and offline/synchronization scenarios • Familiarity with at least one native mobile technology: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift • Strong testing practices, including unit and widget testing • Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and static analysis • Practical exposure to AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, or strong interest in this area • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher • Nice to have: Backend (C#/.NET) or web (Angular/TypeScript) experience • Nice to have: SDK development, packaging, linting, and unit testing • Nice to have: Metadata- or schema-driven UI experience • Nice to have: Background in CRM, ERP, field service, or data-heavy enterprise mobile applications • Nice to have: Native device capabilities and integrations, real-time communication, analytics, accessibility, and localization • Nice to have: Enterprise mobility experience, including MDM/MAM, enterprise distribution, and corporate security requirements
