📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes alongside the system architect and development team • Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code • Address customer cases and ensure system reliability • Monitor and optimize development processes to enhance team productivity and quality • Drive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and software development best practices • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision with business goals • Conduct technical interviews • Mentor developers • Facilitate onboarding and professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .Net • At least 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role, guiding teams successfully • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles • Confident knowledge of C# language and modern .NET platform (.NET6+) • ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core • Experience developing Web APIs and containerized services • Experience with source control systems such as Git and SVN, including branch, merge, and rebase • Unit testing, mocking, NUnit, Mock, and Postman • English level - Upper–Intermediate or higher (spoken and business writing) • Experience working with databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is a plus • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM, and CSS/SASS is nice to have • Ability to style a page or component according to a given UI prototype
