📋 Description

• Independently manage end-to-end payroll operations for Group 3 PE • Perform bookkeeping and tax accounting for Group 3 PE, including Unified Tax, Unified Social Contribution, and Military Levy • Open and manage bank accounts in UAH and foreign currencies and use online banking systems • Monitor income and expenses and maintain revenue records • Prepare and process primary accounting documents, including invoices, acts of acceptance, delivery notes, and contracts • Compile, verify, and submit tax returns and reports • Monitor payment of taxes and other mandatory contributions • Work with the Taxpayer's Electronic Cabinet, 1C, Vchasno, Diia, and other electronic platforms and software • Provide consultations on proper business activities for UA FOP • Register, close, and update UA FOP data via the Diia platform

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an accountant for PE, specifically Group 3 • Knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation regarding PE, Group 3 • Experience working with bank accounts, including foreign currency accounts • Proficiency in accounting software and electronic services • Ability to handle large volumes of data • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word • Intermediate English language skills • Experience working with CRM systems for tracking, transactions, and payments • Responsibility, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines • Analytical mindset • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial data
