📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable ERP solutions • Design ERP architecture, system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows • Develop solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps • Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders • Define integration strategies with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, EDI, and messaging services • Design secure, scalable, and high-availability ERP environments • Conduct solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical risk assessments • Lead data migration strategy, ETL processes, master data management, and data quality initiatives • Ensure ERP solutions follow enterprise architecture standards and security best practices • Provide technical leadership during discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client presentations • Mentor development teams and ERP consultants on architecture and implementation best practices • Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems • Support post-go-live optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field • 6+ years of experience designing and implementing ERP solutions across multiple business functions • Strong experience with ERP integrations, data mapping, and process optimization in ERP environments • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture decisions • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo • Experience in ERP data engineering • Hands-on experience with ERP implementation methodologies and cross-functional stakeholder management
