📋 Description

• Independently manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns • Coordinate campaigns end to end with creators, including fee negotiations, briefing development, and content coordination • Advise and support advertising clients, including coordinating creator selection • Create timelines, ensure content quality, and evaluate campaigns through detailed reporting • Work closely with colleagues • Provide one-on-one support to assigned influencers as part of artist management

🎯 Requirements

• You are already an expert in influencer marketing and want to take your skills to the next level • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role • Available immediately or no later than November 2026 • Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, or communications—ideally with a focus on marketing—or an equivalent qualification • Alternatively, completed training or further education as a Social Media Manager • Highly structured, precise, and independent working style is required • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Creative, self-directed, reliable, and committed approach to work
