📋 Description

• Participate in internal discussions to understand business problems and identify improvement opportunities • Build rapid prototypes using AI tools, programming and automation platforms • Develop internal applications, AI assistants and automated workflows • Connect tools and business systems through APIs and integrations • Review, debug and improve code, including AI-generated code • Test solutions, gather feedback and make improvements • Ensure applications are structured, documented and maintainable • Prepare prototypes for handover to developers for further development or production • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate manual processes • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to turn ideas into functioning solutions • Submit a short video introduction in English explaining tools used, projects developed, personal contributions, programming skills and interest in the opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience building AI-powered applications, automations or workflows • Good understanding of at least one programming language • Basic-to-intermediate programming skills, preferably Python and/or JavaScript • Experience with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI APIs / GPT Agents • Prompt engineering and structured AI workflows • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Jotform, Make, n8n, Airtable Automations, Pipedream, Retool, Bubble and Flowise • Understanding and improving AI-generated code • Ability to connect applications through APIs, webhooks and integrations • Knowledge of low-code or no-code development environments • Basic software development principles, including clean code, debugging, testing and documentation • Strong spoken and written English • Ability to work independently and solve technical problems • Availability for a minimum of 3 months, ideally 6 months • Experience with Git, version control or collaborative development valued positively • CV submitted in English • Short description of AI tools, automations or applications already built • Previous personal, academic or professional projects demonstrating practical AI or programming experience valued positively
