📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat • Provide guidance on products and services, including feature recommendations • Drive product sales through excellent service and needs-based promotion • Support customers through the purchase process • Meet sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction • Record all customer interactions and transactions in internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2-level Italian • Minimum B2-level English • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Sales or customer support experience is a plus • Comfortable with technology and digital tools • Must be based in Portugal and legally eligible to work • Availability to work rotational shifts • Monday to Saturday availability, including bank holidays, from 08:00 to 19:00 on rotational shifts
