📋 Description
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers and solutions • Troubleshoot regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and returns • Be the point of contact for external sellers • Provide information about digital products • Escalate and reroute issues to other departments

• Dutch language proficiency • Customer service experience • Ability to work rotational shifts
