📋 Description

• Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and account access • Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels • Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently • Guide customers through digital wallet features, processes, and security procedures • Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary • Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and data protection standards • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level) • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card • Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities • Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
