📋 Description

• Help customers in Dutch and English • Answer customer questions • Solve customer issues in a friendly and professional way • Work Monday to Sunday in shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 • Work 5 days per week according to a rotating schedule • Complete a training period before transitioning to fully remote work

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written) • Customer-oriented attitude and clear communication • A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work from home • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required • Send your CV in English
