📋 Description

• Provide customers with the best possible support and service via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications. • Actively listen to customers’ needs, troubleshoot on their behalf, and resolve issues efficiently. • Communicate fluently in **Hebrew** and comfortably switch to **English** (B2 level, both written and verbal).

🎯 Requirements

• Speak **Hebrew** fluently • Can confidently communicate in **English** (B2 level) • Ideally have prior experience in customer support—but if not, don’t worry, full training will be provided
