📋 Description

• Respond to Danish-speaking customers travel-related queries • Assist with booking flights, hotels, and additional services • Provide after-sales support, including changes and refunds • Manage travel disruptions and communicate alternative solutions • Maintain accurate records in the system • Uphold company standards for service excellence

🎯 Requirements

• C2 and higher level Danish (written & spoken) plus B2 English (written and spoken) • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer care orientation • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays • Right to work and live in Estonia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
