📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and support to Danish-speaking customers • Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email • Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, and modifications • Offer solutions for travel disruptions (delays, re-routes, refunds) • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering professional service • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent level of command in Danish (C2 and higher), plus B2 English (written and spoken) • Strong communication skills and customer orientation • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays • Right to work and live in Latvia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
