📋 Description

• Lead large and complex strategic advisory service engagements with executive-level individuals across industries • Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs to mature organizational security postures • Develop scenarios to help customers exercise their response capabilities • Produce and ensure delivery of written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts and public speaking events • Identify and address emerging cybersecurity trends using government and private-sector perspectives • Manage internal programs and teams • Participate in sales and business development opportunities • Support staffing and scheduling of strategic resources for upcoming engagements • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for Strategic engagements and interact with client leadership

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8–15 years of experience in one or more of: IT/Security Management Consulting, Security Program Development, Security Analysis/Operations, Business Strategy/Risk Analysis, Cybersecurity Policy, or Public/Government Affairs • Leadership experience and ownership of executive relationships in management or technical consulting • Experience with technical and operational cybersecurity issues • Experience developing, managing, and implementing security programs, potentially including SOCs, CSIRTs, Fusion Centers, or centralized security initiatives • Leadership or key delivery experience in organizational security teams such as SOCs or incident response teams • Experience developing and applying organizational risk frameworks to address cyber risks • Experience developing or enhancing cybersecurity policies, plans, and playbooks and transitioning them into practice • Significant experience helping government organizations or government-affiliated entities refine cybersecurity priorities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members • Ability to complete complex strategic analysis and development tasks without supervision • Desire to expand cyber aptitude, technical awareness, and soft skills • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Consistently positive work environment and attitude • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, often on less than three weeks’ notice • Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes • BA or BS in a related field is expected for academic-background candidates; applicants without a degree may qualify through relevant military or work experience and/or training
