📋 Description

• Manage and ensure timely application of security patches and updates across endpoints and servers. • Monitor customer environments using Icinga and NCentral. • Own the success of the customer patching toolset. • Maintain and patch firmware for server infrastructure. • Maintain and patch Server Operating Systems. • Troubleshoot systems and infrastructure issues for managed services clients. • Monitor, report on, and troubleshoot patch deployments using NABLE. • Communicate with clients about technical requirements, changes, and issues, and provide solutions. • Record time on tickets and accurately document work performed. • Create and update technical documentation. • Collaborate with colleagues to improve or develop efficient processes. • Seek customer feedback and continuously improve service results. • Identify problems or requests without existing processes and develop and implement solutions with peers. • Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and liaise with external third-party organisations. • Stay current with technologies and industry trends in managed services.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or technical background suitable for managing security patches and updates across endpoints and servers. • Experience with monitoring customer environments using Icinga and NCentral. • Ability to manage patching toolsets for customers. • Ability to maintain and patch server firmware and Server Operating Systems. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Willingness to learn new technology solutions and concepts. • Willingness to attend training, undertake self-study, and pass vendor certifications. • Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check required. • Willingness to participate in occasional paid overtime work.
