📋 Description

• Support the Project Management Department • Create and set up new projects in Odoo • Verify customer information, project details, and delivery locations • Confirm approved quotes match customer purchase orders • Ensure measurements, patterns, quantities, specifications, and required documentation are complete • Assign tasks and establish project deadlines • Review and confirm incoming customer purchase orders • Verify pricing, quantities, products, and delivery requirements • Identify discrepancies between quotes and purchase orders • Follow up on missing or incorrect purchase orders • Coordinate with Purchasing to confirm materials are ordered on time • Ensure purchase orders are properly documented in Odoo • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to keep projects moving efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to review documents and identify discrepancies • Strong follow-up skills and proactive problem-solving approach • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Experience with Odoo or other ERP/project management systems is an advantage • Previous experience in project administration, order processing and purchasing coordination, or a similar role is preferred • Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent • Minimum 4.00 GB RAM • Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating system; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems are not accepted • Internet speed of 5.0 Mbps or higher for both primary and backup connections • Required USB-connected noise-cancelling headset • Required webcam of at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
