📋 Description

• Draft legal notices, complaints, and case documents • Review and validate client information and supporting evidence • Assist in filing labour, civil, or criminal complaints as applicable • Conduct legal research on Labour Codes and wage and employment laws • Coordinate with empaneled advocates for case progression • Maintain structured case records and trackers • Ensure timelines and documentation standards are met • Communicate case updates to clients professionally • Support the end-to-end legal assistance lifecycle from case intake and validation to drafting and coordination with empaneled advocates • Work on real employee cases involving salary non-payment, harassment, and labour law violations

🎯 Requirements

• LLB Graduate (Mandatory) • Freshers welcome; litigation or legal internship experience preferred • Basic understanding of Indian labour laws / labour codes • Must have completed an internship with a reputed firm • Legal drafting (critical skill) • Strong written and verbal communication • Research and analytical thinking • Attention to detail • Professional ethics and confidentiality
