📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end success of the project. • Provide academic leadership, mentor faculty, define learning strategies, establish quality standards, and ensure outstanding learning outcomes. • Design and continuously improve curriculum delivery. • Develop engaging and age-appropriate learning methodologies. • Ensure excellence in student learning outcomes. • Establish quality standards across all academic operations. • Collaborate with technology and content teams to create innovative learning experiences. • Represent the project in academic discussions and strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the Indian Academic Curriculum or subjects mentioned. • Extensive experience teaching Primary School students. • Strong expertise in one or more of the following subjects: Mathematics, English, Science & Technology. • Proven ability to mentor students and educators. • Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills. • Passion for child development and educational innovation.
🏖️ Benefits
• A Fixed amount + 20% share of the project's net revenue, subject to the agreed commercial terms and execution of the Engagement Agreement. • Revenue sharing will commence as per the mutually agreed commercial milestones following project launch. • Opportunities for extension based on project success and future expansion.
