📋 Description

• Lead the academic vision and execution of the project • Design and continuously improve curriculum delivery • Mentor teachers, trainers, and academic associates • Develop engaging and age-appropriate learning methodologies • Ensure excellence in student learning outcomes • Establish quality standards across all academic operations • Build assessment frameworks and performance metrics • Collaborate with technology and content teams to create innovative learning experiences • Represent the project in academic discussions and strategic initiatives • Own the end-to-end and 360-degree success of the project • Build and scale an educational initiative from the ground up • Provide academic leadership and shape the future of the educational programme

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the Indian Academic Curriculum or subjects mentioned • Extensive experience teaching Primary School students • Strong expertise in one or more of: Mathematics, English, Science & Technology • Proven ability to mentor students and educators • Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills • Passion for child development and educational innovation • Experienced educator with a proven track record of delivering exceptional learning experiences for primary school students
