• Recruit, train and certify a sufficient and adequate number of active Evaluators from our internal database for specific projects (by emails/phone calls) • Manage the timely assignment and execution of the missions as per company standards, specific client requirements and project schedule/deadline • Coordinate and report project status to the Operations Manager or the Operations Team Lead
• strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management • Excellent communication skills • Microsoft Office skills required • Excellent abilities in organizing and coordinating project activities • Positive and outgoing personality • Being resourceful, proactive, and having a problem-solving mindset • Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation in managing tasks and projects • Time management and planning/scheduling • Interpersonal skills- strong Customer-service orientation • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus • Fluency in Korean required, good command in English is appreciated
