📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients after completing company-provided training • Autonomously manage alerts detected by algorithms across scanned perimeters • Eliminate false positives and identify confirmed threats • Analyze fraudulent domain names, compromised credentials, vulnerable assets, and code or sensitive data leaks • Prepare incident reports • Support clients with solution usage, alert discussions, keyword configuration, and product adoption tracking • Write content for clients and the company website • Collaborate with the product team to improve technology • Conduct specific dark web research and other ad hoc services with the React team

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English, spoken and written • Fluency in an additional language (French, German, Arabic, Chinese…) is a plus • Solid academic background (bachelor's or master's degree) • Ability to summarize complex information and write clearly and effectively • Ability to simplify technical concepts and present ideas in a structured, accessible way • Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to deepen technical skills
