📋 Description
• Own the overall technical architecture of the CYBRET AI platform • Make and communicate clear architectural decisions across backend, AI systems, data, and infrastructure • Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and observable • Set engineering standards for quality, testing, and production readiness • Lead the implementation of core platform components • Ensure fast, disciplined shipping without compromising correctness or security • Balance speed and long-term maintainability in a high-growth environment • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-caliber engineering team • Build a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and accountability • Partner closely with product, AI, and security leadership • Ensure strong practices around deployment, monitoring, and incident response • Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational maturity
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience leading engineering teams in complex, production systems • Deep hands-on background as a senior software or platform engineer • Proven ability to design and scale distributed systems • Strong judgment and ability to make hard technical decisions • Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or AI-driven systems is a strong plus, but not required
