📋 Description

‱ Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure-based solutions. ‱ Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline development and operations. ‱ Manage and resolve IT ticket requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions. ‱ Maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and Data Protection Act. ‱ Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems. ‱ Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. ‱ Proven experience in DevOps practices. ‱ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. ‱ Strong experience in managing IT ticket requests and providing end-user support. ‱ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ‱ Strong communication and collaboration skills. ‱ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. ‱ Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools. ‱ Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems. ‱ Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act). ‱ Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and DevOps (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
