📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure-based solutions. • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline development and operations. • Manage and resolve IT ticket requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions. • Maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and Data Protection Act. • Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems. • Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in DevOps practices. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. • Strong experience in managing IT ticket requests and providing end-user support. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools. • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems. • Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act). • Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and DevOps (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
