📋 Description

• Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity • Manage project roadmaps • Facilitate project planning • Run brainstorming sessions • Prioritize projects and features • Partner with stakeholders to develop workflows, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures, and instructional training materials • Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces • Develop functional specifications • Deliver projects successfully and on time • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams throughout ideation, pilot, prototype, and operationalization • Build effective partnerships with developers, architects, quality teams, data analysts, and product managers • Travel occasionally to headquarters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related experience required • 5+ years of Retail and project management experience • Sterling OMS and its functions in an omni-fulfillment environment • Understanding of microservice architectures at a very high level • Agile experience • Fulfillment experience • Shipping Methods and Logistics • Innovative, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking • Experience with Rithum (marketplace/dropship integrator) is a strong advantage • Experience with Shipium (parcel management solution) is a strong advantage • Working in Pittsburgh, PA is highly desirable • English required
