📋 Description

• Strategically develop the Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn channels • Produce creative Reels, TikToks, Stories, and videos • Attend international dance festivals, events, and dance schools; film content, conduct interviews, and capture authentic dance moments • Build relationships with dancers, artists, and creators around the world • Coordinate collaborations with dance artists and organize product seeding campaigns • Develop the social media strategy, plan campaigns, and independently implement new ideas • Analyze reach, engagement, and performance, and develop growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating social media content • Ability to film, edit, and publish content independently • Knowledge of social media trends, formats, and algorithms • A strong eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and emotionally engaging content • Creative, independent, and hands-on working style • Confident communication skills in German and English • Willingness to travel internationally • Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree; field of study is not a deciding factor • Dance experience is an advantage, particularly in Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, or West Coast Swing • Please include examples of previous social media work, Reels, or TikToks with your application
