📋 Description

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings for doctors and staff adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows • Coach teams through live observation, reinforce best practices, and adapt training in real time • Drive early case submission by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and early adoption • Monitor outcomes during the first 30 days and identify targeted coaching opportunities • Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future trainings • Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment • Coordinate internal resources, messaging, and tools before training days • Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology • Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% • Located near a major airport for frequent national travel • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff • Comfortable operating independently in the field and adjusting plans in real time • 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Ability to adjust tone and approach for different audiences • Solutions-oriented, customer-centric approach to onboarding, training, and adoption • Native or near-native fluency in the local market language • Strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology • English fluency required for global collaboration
