📋 Description

• You are the central point of contact between our clients, the tax teams, and management. • You guide new clients through onboarding and ensure that all documents are received in full. • You speak with prospects and existing clients by phone, resolve open questions, and coordinate appointments. • You keep track of open cases, deadlines, and response times. • You prepare clear reports and summaries for management (Excel, dashboards). • You work with modern systems – CRM, ticketing systems, AI-powered workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German (C1/C2), both spoken and written • Enjoy speaking on the phone and present a friendly, confident manner • Attention to detail and reliability – you can be depended on even when working independently • Confident with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable working with numbers • A proactive, independent working style: you keep things moving and ask questions instead of waiting • Availability and enthusiasm for a full-time role (40 hours) that is your professional priority
