📋 Description

• Own the full redesign of the Daos Hub website from discovery to final launch • Define and structure the website’s information architecture, UX flows, and customer journeys • Translate complex Web3 concepts, community dynamics, and event-driven narratives into clear digital experiences • Design high-fidelity UI reflecting Daos Hub’s brand vision, product ecosystem, and Web3 identity • Build and maintain a scalable design system with components, patterns, typography, grids, and interaction rules • Ensure interfaces are responsive, consistent, accessible, and aligned with modern UX best practices • Develop and ship website pages in Framer or Webflow • Launch and evolve homepage, product pages, services, and community touchpoints • Implement micro-interactions, animations, and transitions • Collaborate with the Growth team to optimize conversion, funnel performance, and user intent • Set up and maintain analytics tracking for user behavior, engagement, scroll depth, and conversion flows • Iterate based on data insights, A/B testing results, and performance metrics • Work cross-functionally with Design, Growth, Marketing, SMM, Production, and Leadership • Support the launch of the upcoming Design Service through landing pages, UX flows, and narrative structure • Adapt marketing campaigns, events, and community initiatives into web experiences • Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption • Manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality output with minimal oversight • Bring new ideas, design trends, and Web3-native approaches to improve product and brand experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in design • Strong UI design skills, including visual quality, composition, typography, and attention to detail • Understanding of marketing-driven website logic, including customer journey mapping, sales funnels, the role of design in marketing, and structuring pages for different business goals • UX thinking, including customer journeys, user flows, and core user-experience principles • Experience with no-code tools such as Framer or Webflow is preferred • UX/CX courses or certifications are nice-to-have • Experience designing web applications is nice-to-have • Experience working with Web3 or blockchain-based projects is nice-to-have
