📋 Description

• Linux systems operations: confident with the shell, able to understand services and logs, and make controlled configuration changes • Experience with web servers (e.g., NGINX, Apache), PHP runtimes (e.g., PHP-FPM), databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB), and common mail server setups • Hosting fundamentals: DNS, SSL/TLS, domain management, and common access and recovery methods (rescue systems, console, IPMI) • Understanding of the differences between shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers • Structured, systematic troubleshooting and documentation skills • Good German and technical English • Clear and dependable communication with customers and within the team • Nice to have: hosting control panels (e.g., Plesk), virtualization (e.g., KVM, Proxmox), monitoring (e.g., checkmk, Grafana), Ansible/shell scripting, and Windows/AD basics
