📋 Description

• Design processes and develop customized solutions in close collaboration with our customers • Advise customers and support them in using their ELO ECM system • Deliver training and user onboarding sessions • Install and implement ELO and add-ons • Plan and organize projects to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and optimal solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to different target audiences • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, with the ability to quickly get up to speed in new areas • Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor • Strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach • Good German skills and basic English skills
