📋 Description

• Designing processes and individual customizations in close collaboration with our clients • Advising clients and supporting them in the use of their ELO ECM • Delivering trainings and user introductions • Installing and implementing ELO and add-ons • Project planning and organization to successfully execute our customer projects • Travel as required to be on-site with our clients and provide optimal solutions

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of experience with ELO ECM • You are strong in communication and can explain complex matters clearly • You have a quick grasp and can rapidly familiarize yourself with new topics • Your high motivation and commitment drive you to deliver top performance • Customer-oriented thinking comes naturally to you in order to find the best solutions for our clients • Basic English skills to operate internationally • You demonstrate initiative, dedication, a strong willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team
