📋 Description

• Network architect with foresight: You design and develop stable, scalable and future-proof network architectures — proactively, methodically and with technical finesse. • Project lead with pragmatism: Whether LAN, WAN or WLAN — you take the lead on exciting infrastructure projects and ensure everything runs smoothly, even if things are a bit rough at the start. • Keeping technology up to date: You introduce modern technologies and advance our network solutions — e.g., in the areas of VPN, cloud or automation. Stagnation isn't your thing. • Troubleshooter at expert level: You analyze complex fault patterns, identify root causes and develop smart strategies for the sustainable improvement of our networks — not just quick fixes but real, lasting solutions. • Documentation expert with overview: You not only keep the network running but also maintain up-to-date documentation — from the operations manual to clear network diagrams. • Team player with perspective: You know that good networks require more than cables and switches — you bring people together, support partner selection and keep the big picture in mind. • 3rd-level support: This is where you come in — calm, competent and solution-oriented. You are the final escalation point before a problem becomes critical.

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of hands-on networking experience — planning and operations are familiar territory. • You are at the forefront of WLAN — you hold CCNP or even CCIE-Enterprise certification (not just familiarity). • You are fluent in Python (or at least proficient) and have automated more with Ansible than you can count. • You have led complex network projects — PRINCE2 or SCRUM are not foreign to you. • Monitoring tools are more than just colorful graphs to you — you know what is alerting and why. • You can explain technical concepts so that non-technical colleagues understand them and genuinely nod in agreement. • Your German is at a very good level and your English is fully sufficient for meetings and daily business.
