📋 Description

• Operate and configure LAN and WLAN environments at customer locations • Work independently on customer projects in LAN/WLAN • Ensure continuous and highly available network operation • Troubleshoot and eliminate faults in network environments • Perform error analysis and root cause analysis in the network context • Act as a 2nd level support contact for network-related questions • Create reports and document network environments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an apprenticeship (IT specialist) or a bachelor's degree in computer science • Several years of professional experience in the professional support of networks • Experience with TCP/IP and OSI Layer 1-7 • Good knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Series (9000er Switch Series and Catalyst WLAN Controller) • Experience in measuring and simulating WLAN infrastructures is desirable • Additional knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst/DNA Center and Ruckus LAN/WLAN components would be beneficial • Knowledge of Ansible, Python and APIs on network components • Basic knowledge of network management tools such as Zabbix, Netbox and openNMS • Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) would be desirable • Business fluent English, written and spoken • German language skills are desirable
