📋 Description

• Prepare requirements analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors • Support customers with the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions • Independently manage customer accounts in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment • Provide consulting, customization, and configuration services • Actively contribute to the development of the company strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or relevant professional experience in computer science or human resources • Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or one or more SuccessFactors modules • ABAP knowledge is an advantage • Confident and persuasive manner • Structured approach • Excellent communication skills • High level of accountability • Strong business acumen • Self-motivated and proactive • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills • Willingness to travel is required
