📋 Description

• Understand customers' individual requirements and develop tailor-made concepts • Handle the entire technical implementation of customer solutions • Develop clever, stable, and sustainable technical solutions • Independently implement solutions and ensure smooth operation • Build and operate highly available Citrix virtualization environments • Optimize infrastructure and services for quality and performance • Solve technical challenges independently or as part of a team • Create clear instructions and documentation for customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or a degree in an IT-related field • Several years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC, and FSLogix • Experience with Active Directory, group policies, networks, and virtualization • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as part of a team • Business English skills, both written and spoken • German language skills highly advantageous and desirable
