📋 Description

• Serve as the most senior technical leader on major engagements, advising C-level executives and stakeholders on AI strategy, architecture, and governance. • Own the technical success of the Professional Services portfolio and set technical standards. • Oversee deployment of advanced AI applications, including Agentic AI and complex GenAI/RAG systems. • Define architectural blueprints and MLOps best practices for robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions. • Represent DataRobot at industry conferences and publish technical content. • Drive internal innovation and act as a recognized AI/ML subject matter expert. • Manage technical risk and support customer satisfaction and regional revenue targets. • Travel up to 50% across the region to support customers across GCC.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 8–10 years of progressive hands-on experience in software development, Agentic AI frameworks, or a similar technical role. • CS degree; MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred. • Expert-level hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP. • On-premise deployment experience focused on enterprise architecture and security. • Expertise in full-stack development and enterprise software architecture. • Proven expertise defining and implementing end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI application architectures. • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex. • Expertise with RAG and large-scale predictive modeling systems. • Expertise setting MLOps strategy for model CI/CD, governance, and enterprise scaling. • Deep proficiency in Docker/Kubernetes containerization. • Experience building secure, production-grade REST APIs. • Exceptional executive-level verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrable track record in a highly visible client-facing or consulting leadership role. • Proficient Arabic is preferred but not critical. • Expert familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform is a strong plus.
