📋 Description

• Assist instructors during live virtual classes by monitoring chat, managing breakout rooms, and supporting technical needs • Take attendance, track participation, and document classroom activities • Provide real-time support to participants experiencing technical difficulties or requiring clarification • Prepare and distribute digital learning materials and assignments • Manage and update online learning platforms • Support the administration of online assessments and quizzes • Support students through highly interactive teaching methods • Create an energetic, supportive, and practical learning environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of professional experience working in a data or engineering related field • Previous experience in education, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus • Experience with virtual learning environments or learning management systems (e.g., Zoom, Percipio) • Strong digital literacy and familiarity with online communication platforms • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot minor technical issues • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace • Suitable availability for programs taking place in India during work hours, preferably in the IST time zone
