📋 Description

• Evaluate costs and prepare project budgets and client quotes • Coordinate all project phases and predict project stage timelines to establish achievable deadlines • Use Plunet for time tracking • Own projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and successful delivery • Adhere to applicable policies and procedures • Respond to client queries via chat, phone, and email in a timely and thorough manner • Report activity in group chats and communicate with peers about tasks • Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelancers using HR freelancer databases • Establish and maintain relationships with freelancers globally • Monitor and control project status • Manage project finances and budgeting • Perform quality checks, including proofreading and final-eye reviews • Handle freelancer queries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, business administration, and customer service • Knowledge of localization • Knowledge and experience using CAT tools such as Smartcat and MemoQ • Knowledge and experience using Translation Management Systems such as Trados • University degree in Business Administration, Translations, or a relevant field is preferred • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1) • Fluency in a foreign language • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills • Strong professionalism and politeness • Full professional commitment during scheduled working hours • No job stacking or conflicting concurrent employment • Must submit an application and complete the Emotional Intelligence and Wonderlic assessments • Application questions are mandatory and must be fully answered • May be required to complete a background check before hiring
